CCC in exciting six-wicket win over Bloomfield

CRICKET: Two fighting unbeaten half centuries from Tharindu Mendis (88) and Eshan Abeysinghe (57) guided CCC to an exciting six wicket outright victory over Bloomfield with more than a day to spare in their Premier League inter club cricket tournament final round match concluded at Reid Avenue yesterday.

Bloomfield: 150 and 244.

Colts by 131 runs

Colts CC after having conceded first innings points came back magnificently to beat Ragama CC outright by a massive margin of 131 runs with a day to spare in their Premier League inter club cricket tournament final round match concluded at Havelock Park yesterday.
