Lankan expatriates, foreigners go for Keangnam's condominium
apartments

Keangnam's sole target is to provide high quality products and
customer satisfaction is uppermost in their minds said Seo Seong Soo,
Director Keangnam Lanka Ltd.
According to Seo, a large number of Sri Lankan expatriates and
foreigners specially in the Asian region reserved apartments last
October for the Dawson Grand Condominium Apartment project launched by
Keangnam, - the Korean construction giant.
The Dawson Grand twin towers comprise 178 units which include five
Duplex pent houses with six - star hotel comforts. All condominium
apartments are equipped with colour video, door phones, fire alarm
systems, CCTV satellite TV, central air conditioning and digital door
locks.
Keangnam has set up their sales office as a "model house" whereby
customers can have first-hand experience of the proposed condominium
apartments.
The prospective buyers and customers can monitor the progress of the
project via pictorial web updates with the relevant information.
According to Seo, the 42 and 38 storeyed twin towers will not only
change Colombo's skyline but will also employ the latest technology and
a workforce of 600-1,000 of which only four percent will be Korean
nationals.
The Dawson grand, a BOI project is fully funded by Keangnam. The
project is at Dawson Street, Colombo 2. A land worth US $ 10 million was
provided by the Maharaja group. The construction cost of the project
will be US $ 60 million.
According to the Director the project will be completed in December
2009. "We started our activities in Sri Lanka 28 years ago. Keangnam is
committed to a broader and even more aggressive approach in business
management, to advance further in to world markets.
We can only achieve this goal by dedicating ourselves to quality,
construction and the highest standards of safety by adapting cutting
edge technologies, he said.
