Matrix Telecom Solutions wins trust of users

Bela Group (Private) Ltd, Colombo, reaffirmed Matrix Telecom Solutions to Sri Lanka with the promise that Matrix (made in India) offers a wide range of PBX-KTS, Digital ISDN-KTS, Voice Mail Systems, GSM FCT-Gateways, VoIP products, PLCC EPAXs, Voice Messaging Products and other specialised telecom solutions.

They claimed that with the use of Matrix telecom solutions, telecommunication bills could fall up to 30 percent. With over one million line units installed in India and growing by over 180 line units per day, it has gained the trust of users representing the spectrum of industries. Also, that 15 million calls are made through Matrix every day, in 20 countries, with global footprints evident in Asia, Europe and USA.

Malkiat Singh, Matrix Telecom India's manager exports was in Colombo for the introduction of new products and said that his company is ISO 9001 compatible. Matrix Telecom is a leader in the KTS and PBX market. Singh said that communication today is more than just telephoning. If an individual or an organisation desires to keep pace with the ever-growing telecommunication, there is a need to set the course for the future.

Matrix, an innovative, technology driven customer focused organisation is committed to keep pace with advances in the telecom industry, Singh said.

Sumitha Kariyawasam, head of Telecom Bela Group, Sri Lanka, said that the Bela Telecommunication Division has been serving the Sri Lankan PABX market for over five years and has a very distinguished and satisfied customer base comprising government, semi government, multinationals, private sector, large and medium scale organisations starting from four to well over 250 plus users connected to each system.

Within this customer base there are stringent requirements for product quality personalised and professional after sales services.

Singh said that in the 16 years of its existence, Matrix has risen to the position of the leader in the PBX market.

Sumantha Galagama, director, Bela Group, said that the company's "out of the box" innovative after sales has been appreciated by its customers. Bela employees bear experience needed and have been certified by Matrix to provide sales and after sales services.

Diyamanthi Gunaratne, director Bela, said that the company's sales and after sales for Matrix PABX products is established throughout the island by a well trained dealer network, and strong in Colombo, Kandy, Kurunegala, Galle, and Matara.
