The spirit of Christmas is up in the air with all the magic cheer of the festive season spreading in our hearts and souls. As we celebrate the birth of the Lord Jesus, we listen to those wonderful Christmas carols, decorate our Christmas trees with joy and sink our teeth into delicious Christmas cake.

This time around as we commemorate three years of the disastrous tsunami and the ongoing war, our Christmas charity will go towards the needy and poor. They need to be embraced with love and happiness as Sri Lanka celebrates a happy 'Christmas 2007'.
