Joes and Mahamaya swimming champions

SWIMMING: St. Joseph's College and Mahamaya College Kandy clinched the men?s and women's overall titles respectively at the National Age Group swimming relay championships worked off at the Sugathadasa Stadium pool in Colombo yesterday.

The Josephians collected a total of 126 points while S. Thomas' College and Trinity College were placed joint second with 120 points each. Royal College took the fourth place with 111 points followed by Ananda College with 105 points.

In the women's championships Mahamaya College collected 06 points well ahead of the runners up Musaeus College who scored 132 points. Ladies College with 97 points were placed third.
