Sun Microsystems to boost Java technology

Sun Microsystems, the world's largest IT company will hold a training program on JavaME and Java EE technology on July 24 at the IJTS auditorium in parallel to the forthcoming Java Mobile Technology Exhibition.

The training program shows Sun Microsystems ongoing support to IJTS as the revolutionising Java training institute in Sri Lanka which conducts practical and theoretical training for the Java technology up to the level of Java Technology special Degree in Software Engineering.

The Sun Certified Mobile Application Developer (SCMAD) training program will be held at the Institute of Java and Technological Studies (IJTS), the first Mobile Software Exhibition in Sri Lanka which began yesterday will conclude today at the IJTS premises.

The two-day event showcases the various Mobile software applications developed by the mobile certified professionals using the Java ME technology (J2ME).
