Coca-Cola in strategic partnership with KFC

Coca-Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Ltd (CCBSL) entered into a strategic partnership with the fast food chain giant KFC to add flavour and refresh its consumers.

The strategy includes offering a range of beverages exclusively from the Coca-Cola portfolio at all the KFC outlets across Sri Lanka.

Country Manager Coca-Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Ltd (CCBSL) Basil Gadzios said, "At Coca-Cola, we are always on the lookout for opportunities to refresh our consumers by offering them value additions that complement our beverages.

We always believe that the best way to enjoy food, is with an ice cold Coke in hand, and in line with this idea, we have tied up with KFC. Now diners can enjoy the real thing with scrumptious KFC".

Executive Director - Cargills (Ceylon) Ltd Sidath Kodikara said, "We at KFC are changing our target audience to young adults and it makes sense for us to tie up with Coca-Cola as they appeal to our ideal target audience. We are very happy to have chosen Coca-Cola as our partner."
