The marvels a "hoop" can do for you!

During centuries-old existence mankind thought up lots of ways to stay fit.

Various diets, starvations, physical exercises... But hoop remains one of the most original and in many respects pleasant ways. Let's talk about it.

It is interesting that a wonderful hoop was invented by American Arthur Melin, a founder of company WHAM-O specialising on so-called UFOs, which soon lost popularity. And then hula-hoop appeared. Being instantly claimed, it got unprecedented success: for the first year more than hundred millions hoops were sold all over the world (!).

Advantages of hoop exercising

Well, what does hoop give to us, as a subject for playing sports? To your attention we offer a list of advantages of hoop exercising:

1. Pleasant pastime. Hula-hoop makes struggle against superfluous kgs exclusively pleasant.

2. An irreplaceable assistant in training of muscles of hands, backs, feet and shoulders. Its use provides a set of various exercises on extension.

3. Effective organisation of time. Hoop rotating for only 10 minutes a day in a waist zone will provide you a considerable effect in its reduction and strengthening. Each of us tried hoop in childhood. Now we are matured and forgot about an old hoop. But, having left the childhood, we have not left our dreams: we dream, as before, of a beautiful harmonious body and smooth skin. There is a simple way to embody this dream in reality. It is a way from our childhood, it is a hula-hoop.

4. Exercises with a hoop develop coordination of movements, flexibility, force, feeling of a rhythm, artistry, and also burn superfluous fat in problematic places of your body perfectly.

5. There is a normalisation of work of intestines.

6. Burning of superfluous kgs. Elasticity, flexibility and simplicity of hula-hoop rotation will allow you eliminate surplus of fat from any part of your body without difficult and boring exercises.

Technics of performance

Now having convinced that hoop exercising will bring us not only pleasure, but also huge advantage, let's pay our attention to performance technics.

Rise directly, feet straight or are bent in knees slightly on width of shoulders or little wider. Body weight is in regular intervals distributed on feet, socks are directed slightly outside. Take a hoop in hands.

Strain abdominal and waist muscles and try to hold them in such position throughout all training. Now it is possible to release a hoop, having set rotation to it.

Movements of case, feet and necks force a hoop turning round waist and hips. Also do not forget that everything is in your hands. The earlier you begin a way to an ideal figure, the faster you will pass it.

Take into consideration

Remember such prominent aspects of hoop exercising:

1 Inspite of the fact that rotating hips and twisting a hoop are prerogative of women, a strong half of mankind also can use hula-hoop for struggle against "a beer" tummy.

2 In aspiration to make a waist, do not be overzealous: it is not recommended to twist a weighted hula-hoop longer than 20 minutes. But at desire, it is possible to repeat such trainings two-three times a day.

3 To see a quick result of your efforts, combine them with healthy balanced food.

After training do not eat for hour-one and a half : organism needs to come to the senses and calm down. Otherwise all diligently spent kcals will return back.
