Love yourself - and others will love you too

Well, how do you start your ordinary day? You should wake up at 6 (7 and 8 - you are luckier), and you do not want to do it at all... Morning mood is ruined at just one thought of a long working day, and its end is not visible. Smile disappears from your face (if it was there in general), and everything goes not the way it should.

Why this happens? And whether everything can be different?

Certainly! Love yourself, smile to yourself in a mirror and your thoughts since the morning - and you will see, how the life will find new paints.

Try to start next morning this way,

Wake up in the morning, and feel at once you are good- kind. necessary. loved - and able to love. You do not expect a dirty trick or aggression from people , and expect only love and give them love. And the love you give comes back to you.

Certainly, a person with inadequate self-esteem is not good. A person who estimates his possibilities more or less correctly and operates according to this realistic estimation, as a rule, is happier.

Our necessity is to be liked, receive words of approval, dialogue and understanding of relatives. Mutual understanding is a problem, and a huge one, probably, everyone realises it well . But the matter is not that we understand each other badly, but in the fact that we do not rejoice each other, things our relatives do. There is no reasonable egoism.

The most important thing is what occurs in each person and between people.

Self-estimation is a relation, first of all to yourself, representation of a person about himself. Self-estimation is shown in behaviour of each of us. A person, whose self-estimation is high, creates an atmosphere of honesty, responsibility, compassion on himself, he feels important and necessary, he feels that the world became better because he exists in it. He trusts himself, but can also ask for help from others during a difficulties, however he is assured that he is always capable of making independent decisions, considered acts.

Only feeling of high value, a person can see, accept and respect high value of other people, he inspires trust and hope, he does not use rules which contradict his feelings. At the same time he does not follow his feelings and worryings.

He can make a choice. And his intelligence and feeling of reasonable egoism help him in this.

He feels his own importance constantly. Certainly, life throws him challenges, when a condition of time weariness appears, when problems suddenly increase and demand decision making, when life forces to make big efforts in many directions simultaneously, self-estimation of such person can decrease.

However, he perceives this feeling as own result of crisis.

This crisis can appear at the beginning of some new possibilities. Clearly, in crisis you feel not the best way, but the person with a high self-estimation does not hide from difficulties, knowing that he will overcome them and keep his integrity.

Raise your self-estimation, turn into an egoist for a while - and you will see you are not just struggling with difficulties, but also gather fruits of your ability to live, and you'll feel much better and easier. And relations hip with associates will get on well with the wave of a magic wand!
