NDB Bank Vishmitha Savings offer interest free loan

Among the NDB Bank's wide-range of savings products is Vishmitha Savings - an innovative product exclusively offered by NDB Bank. Vishmitha Savings was introduced in 2007 offering its customers the benefits of obtaining an interest free loan, after the completion of one year. It was the first time in Sri Lanka, that a savings account of this nature was introduced.

NDB Bank believes that through Vishmitha, its customers will not only be able to achieve the long-term goals for which they save up for, but this will also enhance their lifestyles as Vishmitha gives its customers the option of taking an interest free loan up to 75% of their average savings balance after one year.

The higher the account balance, the higher the loan option, while the available savings balance receives full interest even while the loan remains outstanding.
