The Sri Lankan military is to expedite the world’s largest hostage
rescue operation where the LTTE terrorists keep over 70,000
civilians in a small patch of land less than 20 square kilo metres,

Military action in Puthukudiyiruppu bring
positive results:
As the Security Forces are engaged in the final lap of the operation
outside the No-Fire-Zone, North East of Puthukudiyiruppu where LTTE
leader Velupillai Prabhakaran and other top rung leaders had fled
