Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (R) and his Venezuelan counterpart Hugo Chavez (L) inaugurate the Bi-National Iranian-Venezuela Bank in Tehran on April 3, 2009. Iran and Venezuela inaugurated the joint bank to finance their development projects. The Iranian-Venezuelan bank, based in Tehran, has an initial capital base of 200 million dollars, with each nation providing half of the funds, the state broadcaster said. -AFP
