As we move towards the 21st century, the time tells us to look more
closely at each day at each moment. As life moves on very fast, we try
to accomplish everything instantly. Anything can be changed at anytime.
Anyone can change at any time. We do have many things to do. Some days
we accomplish and some other days we do not, still we have to live. The
question is “Do we die for living or live till we die?”
Sometimes we blame ourselves for everything. Whatever goes wrong, we
assume it is our mistake. This lack of self confidence makes us feel
unworthy. This feeling of unworthiness manifests the idea that we do not
deserve happiness or love. By blaming ourselves we actually justify the
feeling of guilt and develop an inferiority complex. This inferiority
complex takes us far away from our original strength. Then we develop
fear and start blaming others projecting the cause of any misfortune on
others.
The unwillingness to take responsibility for our own life makes us
blame others.Problems and difficulties in life are a signal for us to
change our attitude and behaviour.”Others” are neither the cause nor the
solution for our happiness. Problems are simply challenges waiting for
solutions to be met. The two are partners. The nature of any problem is
not permanent, but the solution is eternal. As far as the law of nature
is concerned it is the solution which is eternal not the problem.
Whatever we do if we do with an interest and willingness, we can find
a solution for any problem. Paper qualifications are nothing for an
enthusiastic person. That enthusiasm is hidden. Knowing the weaknesses
and strength we can remove the dusty layers to bring out the hidden
enthusiasm in a person. The eternal goodness lies within each one of us.
Sir Isaac Newton was identified as a weak student by his class
teacher. But on one fine evening as he was sitting under a tree
silently, an apple dropped down. The silence he had in him guided his
thoughts on the process of something falling down. The interest
developed in him to go deeper into it and finally he became a world
renowned scientist. Not only for him, anyone of us in this world has a
deep connection to our own inner silence. If we are determined to take a
little time to visit that silence every now and then it strengthens us.
In that silence we start to think about ourselves.
How was my day today? What did I do in the morning? We greet others
“Good Morning” on every morning, but how often do we greet ourselves? If
we do so it will always give us the exact way to be happy. It will give
us a moment of silence to reflect on how to make my morning good. A
moment of silence with a good wish to make the day happy.
It’s not a dream but it paves the way to a desired destination. Hence
we feel contented of having a clear aim for the day. This encourages us
to face anything with fun and lightness which leads to happiness.
