Ms Lanka 2009 - Beauty for a Cause:

Make up sessions and beauty hints!

With the days flashing by the excitement to be Ms Lanka 2009 begins to mount and contestants are busy attending trial make-up sessions and receiving hints on how to be groomed for such a prestigious event. They have to be sure of the 'best' for themselves and as such all contestants received manicures, pedicures and facials with the compliments of Technique International, School of Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy. Soon the semi-finalists will be announced but remember each week to increase the votes for the Most Popular Contestant - Sunday Observer. The coupon and the list of names of the contestants appears in this page. Strong competition is evident in this race judging by the numerous entries received by the Sunday Observer.

Be sure you are there to cheer, encourage and support your choice when the Ms Talent and Ms Personality are worked out at SLECC on September 13 at 10.00 a.m. The other Mini titles Ms Crowning Glory, Ms Photogenic and Ms Body Beautiful will be selected on September 20 at 11.00 a.m. at the pool side of Ceylon Continental Hotel, Colombo.
