Trinity enters quarter-final of u 16 tourney

CRICKET: Trinity College, Kandy, scored a comfortable 136 run win
over Thurstan College to enter the quarter-finals of the all-island
schools under 16 division one cricket tournament match played at Police
grounds, Kandy.
Trinity College, taking first strike, scored 226 all out off 49.2
overs. When Thurstan batted they were off to a poor start losing their
first wicket at 5 runs and they never recovered from it and folded up
for 90 in 34.3 overs. Tissa Sanjeewa 4 for 20 and Janishka Premasinghe 3
for 29 did the damage.
