TMC wisdom quiz challenge 2009

The TMC wisdom quiz competition will commence at 4.30 pm at the Galle Face Hotel on September 19 and will be conducted as a team event with 5 members per team.

It will be open to 4 sectors Schools and Educational Institutions, Public and Mercantile firms, banks and financial institutions and teams formed by individuals and only a maximum of 40 teams will be registered on first come- first served basis.

There will be 05 rounds, with 10 questions to a round covering current affairs, sports & games, science, history/art/literature/entertainment and general knowledge. The quiz will be conducted by Ruwan Senanayake, who is no stranger in the quizzing circle. A founder member and official Quiz Master of TMC he is also the authorized representative of the International Quizzing Association of UK in Sri Lanka.

Mr Senanayake has throughout ensured that a high standard is maintained in this competition thus enhancing the knowledge of the participants in a wide cross section of events and happenings covering a variety of subjects.
