Lady’s role

Wedding Sam has promised a top post for the Retired Big Lady, if she joins the alliance, the Opposition is planning to form. The power-hungry lady has been entrusted a special role - to discredit the G-ment internationally and exert foreign pressure.

Losing billionaire

Over Rs. 3 billion was raised through international branches for the Elephant Party’s Prez election campaign in 2005. Where did the money go? “Our leader knows he can’t win, but he will definitely contest by pocketing over Rs. 3 billion. The maximum he spent last time was only a billion. Those foreign funds are unaccountable. He is greedy for that,” a former Green Miny said.

Selling gold

A close confidant told Ra-Blue that the Ai Em Ef will sell a part of its gold reserves to boost international lending. He gave a local favour to it and alleged that the Governing types are planning to sell some gold reserves. Pretty smart eh?

Public response

Ra-Blue realised the poor public response his party receives when he visited the Rock-City to address a few electoral meetings. There were less than 100 people for the first meeting. Hence the organisers lost no time in getting down a bus to transport the same lot for the other meetings.

Ah-Killar unpopular

During pocket meetings in Orange-Tree-Landa, Ra-Blue found that his blue-eyed boy Ah-Killar had become unpopular. He promptly rang his party chairman Victory-Wickrema and cautioned him. “Try to help this boy out. Else, he would lose at the next election,” he pleaded.
