The United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) is heading for another landslide victory, following the Southern Provincial Council elections held yesterday. The early postal voting and electoral division results released at the time of going to press indicated that the UPFA would retain power at the Southern Provincial Council with an absolute majority.
