A pendant-a-day from Swadeshi

Country's leading herbal beauty soap offers consumers a chance to win a pendant a day for 10 weeks.

Users of the herbal beauty soap brand 'Khomba' will once again have a chance to win beautifully crafted gold pendants from Swadeshi Industrial Works PLC, thanks to a promotion launched by the company for the second time to reward loyal consumers.

The promotion started on October 7 and participants will be able to win 70 gold pendants in the shape of a Khomba leaf, the signature symbol of the 'Khomba' brand, with an attractive light green coloured semi precious stone in it, the company said.

"Khomba Herbal Soap delivers the herbal goodness and other beneficial properties of the Khomba tree, and this promotion is intended to create better awareness of these aspects," a spokesperson for Swadeshi Industrial Works said.

The Khomba 4 - in - 1 value pack with a Rs. 10 saving, was launched recently in appreciation of the loyal customer base which has placed its trust in Swadeshi Khomba as the original herbal soap brand, for more than six decades, she said.

Khomba Original Herbal Soap launched in 1956 was the first herbal soap manufactured in Sri Lanka.

The Khomba brand has the unique distinction of an unbroken leadership position in herbal segment for six decades, an achievement none of the local personal care brands can claim.
