Global Recognition for Janashakthi at 18th World
Brand Congress:
Dual triumph with two top awards !
Janashakthi Insurance PLC last week (04 Nov) clinched dual honours at
the glittering 18th World Brand Excellence Awards Ceremony in Taj Lands
End Hotel in Mumbai, India.
Bestowed with the prestigious 'Award for Brand Leadership 'Service
Industry' and the 'Award for Social Marketing', it is the only
organisation from Sri Lanka to win two awards at this event, and ranks
among top names such as Yahoo, Intel, Kingfisher, Star, Cannon etc.
General Manager Sales and Marketing Ravi Liyanage accepted the award
on behalf of Janashakthi. Joining him was Head of Marketing Paddy
Weerasekera.
The prestigious awards were presented by the renowned World Brand
Congress as its 18th World Brand Summit.
This year's Congress was themed 'BRANDS - Re:Charge; Innovate;
Re:Engage in today's times'.
