Charutha shines in drawn game

Isipathana secured first innings points in their drawn school cricket encounter against Royal at the Colts CC ground Havelock Park yesterday.

Royal were restricted to 203 in their first innings with Charutha Rajaratne top scoring with an unbeaten 85. Isipathana in their first innings with a combined batting display were all out for 243 after being 150 for 5 overnight. The Isipathana innings was build by two useful knocks by Sasanka Nilusha (45) and Vidushana Sanka who took his overnight unbeaten 28 to 44.
