ETI Homes breaks ground on BOL

Responding to enthusiastic customer demand, ETI Homes unveiled its Build on Others Land (BOL) facility recently. This service offers landowners the opportunity to build their dream home with minimal hassle.

Having already built 12 houses for customers on their own land even before the service was formally launched, ETI Homes has now decided to offer this facility to all customers so that they too might benefit from the company's dedication to deliver the highest standards of quality and convenience.

ETI Homes gives all BOL customers a 10-year structural guarantee on their home in addition to a 1-year defect liability warranty. ETI Homes is also ISO 9001:2000 certified proof of the property unit's unflagging commitment to quality.

The company's BOL facility expedites and simplifies the homebuilding process for its customers. From the initial appraisal to the design stage all the way until the final finish is applied, ETI Homes will be there on behalf of the customer. Customers can relax in the knowledge that the construction of their home will be supervised and facilitated at all times, saving them the endless headaches and hassles that almost all homebuilders experience.

After a customer dials the ETI Homes hotline, a sales officer and a technical officer visits and assess the site free of charge and thereafter compile a report outlining pricing plans. Customers are given total freedom to build the home that their hearts desire; the company is extremely flexible in accommodating client requirements.

After the assessment, the customer can then provide his or her own design, choose from a range of existing designs, or engage the services of an architect selected from the company's renowned panel of architects.

Structural engineers will conduct tests and draft a structural design that is best suited to existing soil conditions; lawyers will expedite the process and facilitate the necessary paperwork; landscape artists will sculpt the contours of the land to maximise its aesthetic appeal; a technical officer will always be on site to oversee all construction work; and the company's sales team will liaise with relevant bodies on behalf of the customer.
