Having already built 12 houses for customers on their own land even before the service was formally launched, ETI Homes has now decided to offer this facility to all customers so that they too might benefit from the company's dedication to deliver the highest standards of quality and convenience.

After a customer dials the ETI Homes hotline, a sales officer and a technical officer visits and assess the site free of charge and thereafter compile a report outlining pricing plans. After the assessment, the customer can then provide his or her own design, choose from a range of existing designs, or engage the services of an architect selected from the company's renowned panel of architects.
