AAP residential seminar a success

"Creative PAs with PA", the AAPs annual residential seminar concluded on a successful note at Girithale Hotel, Polonnaruwa.

This innovative seminar was based on the keynote address delivered on the theme by Ms. Sunethra Jayaratne, who is the Executive Director of the Academy.

It was formulated on facts that a PA encounters whilst giving the opportunity to the participants to identity their strengths and weaknesses. What was noval is that the seminar directed its attention on encouraging Personal Assistants to be creative through perfect awareness strategies. The administrative professional is a staffer who is involved in several areas of work in the company.

By being creative, adds colour to tasks that would be more interesting to perform.

The special feature was the "Associate of the Year" After a tight competition Ms Sammani Perera won the coveted title.
