Zuraish and Rohitha stars on day two

Rohitha de Silva (Sri Lanka Port Authority) got the highest break for the day (54) when he defeated A.R.M. Fareed (MICH) by three frames to one at the 8th M.J.M. Lafir Memorial Snooker and Billiards Championship conducted by the Social and Recreational Committee of the Moors Islamic Cultural Home at its billiard parlour yesterday.

Mohamed Fazal (MICH) the son of the late M.J.M. Lafir who won his match yesterday was beaten by Zuraish Hassim Otters Aquatic Club (2\0).

Today the round robin competition of the Billiard and the third round of Snooker will be worked out and the final will be on December 12.
