Tigo in full service

To enhance Customer Service, Tigo opened the "Tigo Mini Center at the IOC outlet, Alexandra Place, Colombo , recently.

In view of increasing accessibility, reach and convenience, this Mini Center will become a convenient point of contact for all Tigo related sales and customer service inquiries.

It is equipped to cater to any service related to Tigo including pre and post pay connections, reload facilities, bill payment facilities, SIM registrations and host of value-added services.

Opening of this Mini Centre is in line with Tigo's 3 A policy regarding customer care, bringing accessibility, affordability and availability to a place convenient for our customers, said Dumindra Ratnayaka CEO of Tigo.

This is the latest Mini Centre to be opened by Tigo. Several have been already setup in other IOC outlets.

Few of such outlets catering to the busy, metro lifestyle are located in strategic locations.
