Maliban goes stronger on nutritional needs

Maliban Milk Products (Pvt) Ltd. launched a series of new products recently, namely Vitagen, Maliban Hi-Cal, Maliban 1+ and Maliban Non-fat, to the consumer market here in Sri Lanka.

A countrywide, lavish distribution except in the Northern peninsula of all these products have been ensured by the efficient network of distribution.

Head of Sales and Marketing, Maliban Milk Products (Pvt) Ltd Nalinda Jayamanne proudly states that with the addition of these new brands to their portfolio; they are now in a strong position to cater to all nutritional needs of the Sri Lankan consumer.

Vitagen, a vanilla favoured milk formulate, enriched with vitamins and minerals is versatile and simple to use as a meal replacement as well as a nutritional supplement.

It boosts nutrient intake without increasing food volume and provides additional energy, protein, vitamins and minerals.

Vitagen is available in 400g cans and sachets of 30 grams as well; thus increasing the affordability by consumers of all the segments of the country.

At present Vitagen is available at pharmacies, supermarkets and retail shops near hospitals in the country except in the North. Maliban Milk products (Pvt) Ltd has also introduced Maliban Kiri 1+ for kids between one to three years understanding the true needs of the growing child.

Addressing the specialised needs of many; Maliban Milk Products (Pvt) Ltd, introduced Maliban Hi-Cal Milk Powder, two variants of Maliban Hi-cal, i.e. Hi-cal full cream and Hi-Cal Non-fat are available in order to meet varying needs of the consumer.

Maliban Hig-Cal is mainly fortified with high content o Calcium and Vitamin D3.

The source of Calcium supplied in Hi-Cal is the best in the market. Maliban also has a separate brand of non-fat milk powder Maliban Slender. Maliban Slender also offers low glycemic index which opens the usage to diabetics and non-diabetics alike.
