Suntel joins FITIS to promote Cloud Computing

Suntel has come forward as the Principal Sponsor of SLASI Tech Forum 2010 - Cloud Computing Demystified.

Tech Forum is the flagship ICT Industry forum annually organized by Software Chapter of Federation of Information Technology Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS).

At Tech Forum, decision-makers of ICT industry get the opportunity to obtain independent views of technology innovators and industry thought leaders on an emerging technology.

Industry's much hyped Cloud Computing technology is this years topic. Techforum 2010 is scheduled for Feb 16, 2010 at Colombo Hilton.

The Suntel's decision to sponsor Tech Forum on Cloud Computing, Suntel's Director Sales and Marketing Hasitha Abewardene said, Today, businesses are increasingly dependant on its ICT. Cutting edge ICT infrastructure is an importation differentiator in today's business context.

However, the challenge for the enterprises is the fast pace of change in technology as the risk of technology becoming obsolete also is too high.

Cloud Computing brings significant benefits for enterprises to meet the above Challenges.
