TVS Lanka eyes major share in 3-wheeler segment
TVS Lanka is looking at making a significant headway into the
three-wheeler market by the end of this calendar year. With this in
mind, TVS Lanka recently launched the TVS King three wheeler which is a
futuristic product with a good combination of power, style, comfort and
mileage and is designed for present day cities.
The TVS King is powered with a higher capacity 200 cc, modern low
friction 7-port engine.
It has a peak torque and lower RPM to climb gradients easily and
drive the vehicle in congested city traffics without frequent
gearshifts.
The engine operates at lower revolution for a given road speed
thereby improving the reliability the engine and delivers good mileage.
The TVS King, does not generate excessive noise and vibration as in
conventional three-wheelers.
The vehicles come with Powerful Twin Head Lamps (35 Watts) with
bigger and brighter rear tail lamps and have a single large windshield
with laminated glass. It has attractive interiors like a car like
dashboard with fuel level indicators, mobile phone charging socket, dual
tone high quality seats and an integrated bumper.
To complement its appealing design and superior engine technology TVS
King comes with a number of comfort factors like easy entry and exit,
and dual tone seats, that offers a safe and comfortable ride to both
passengers and driver.
The vehicle has better head and legroom in the passenger compartment
while the seat and suspension are positioned so as to optimize superior
ride quality for longer duration.
