Ra-Blue nods before MR

Ra-Blue had approached MR with a request to free the retired General. But when MR told him the true story and said it was entirely a matter for the Army, Ra-Blue kept shaking his head, agreeing to all what MR said.

Local breakfast

Ra-Blue had met MR when the latter was about to have his breakfast after his morning jog on Friday. Ra-Blue, who is accustomed to English and American breakfasts, felt somewhat uncomfortable when he was invited by MR for a traditional Madamulana-type breakfast. Hence, Ra-Blue opted only for coffee.

Sympathy votes

Soome-1-sa and Mah-Know Gun met Ah-Know-Mah and pleaded with her to support the Opposition campaign for the election that is general. "You can act well like a weeping widow. You could play the sympathy card well. Exploit your husband's arrest and get us some sympathy votes," the duo told Ah-Know-Mah.

No crossover oath

The Elephant Party has planned to stop their Em Pees from crossing over even before the elections. Following an order by Ra-Blue, the Elephant Party has obtained a pledge from all their contestants to remain with the Greens once they are elected to the House of Diyawanna. At least Ra-Blue's Op Leader's post should be secure!

Ah-Know-Mah warned

Fonny has warned his beloved Ah-Know-Mah for attempting to outshine him when he is under arrest. But his better half politely explained that it was the Opposition figures who pressurised her to come to the limelight. An irate Fonny had then reprimanded the Bell Boys against it.

Soome's strategy

The Bell Boys are making a desperate attempt to contest the election that is general under the Swan symbol, discarding their customary Bell. "If we contest under the Bell, we can't poll even three lakhs and everything would go haywire. The best option for the party is to put the General in front and contest under a joint Opposition," said Soome-1-sa unveiling the strategy to their Politburo.
