Wattala Lyceum International School overall champs

Athletics: Wattala Lyceum International School clinched the overall championship title at the 10th Annual Inter-International Schools’ Athletic Meet 2010 held at Sugathadasa Outdoor Stadium, Colombo.

Lyceum International School Wattala emerged champions for the second consecutive year beating Gateway College, Colombo for the championship trophy. The first runners-up was Gateway College and 2nd runners-up trophy was scored by Lyceum International school, Nugegoda.

Lyceum Wattala relay teams gave a splendid performance winning the 4x50 under 9 girls and boys 4x50 under 11 boys, 4x50 under 13 boys and girls, girls 4x100 under 19 boys 4x400 under 20 boys relay and the over all relay championship was won by Lyceum Wattala.

The best female athlete of the meet was Hansi Ekanayake (Wattala Lyceum).
