Best loser
Ra-Blue, who knows only too well that he would end up in the losing
camp again, is now mastering the numbers' game. He has already contacted
several Tee En Ae leaders to woo support for a possible coalition after
the election that is general. Nothing new for the best loser eh!
Bad wicket
Sun Kind-Leader is on a bad political wicket as several Elephant
Party seniors are working behind the scenes to oust the man who ruined
Sa-Tho-Sa and raked in big money. Kind-leader went crying to Ra-Blue,
but the leader conveniently ignored his plea.
Bell boys' meeting
The Bell boys held a closed door meeting at their party headquarters.
Soome-1-sa looked dejected after party intelligence disclosed that the
maximum they could secure is six seats. "Is that all? What's the big
point then in our projecting the General's image? This means that he has
done little or nothing to increase our vote base," Soome said.
Ra-Blue's strategy
Ra-Blue has put his action plan in place to destroy party seniors who
could be a threat to his leadership after the elections. Fearing that
Ka-Roo would poll more votes and increase his popularity in the party,
Ra-Blue deployed three of his confidants to steer Gampaha voters away
from his deputy.
Lucky Atta-leader
Atta-Leader had told a private function attended by his relatives,
that the Elephant Party would lose the forthcoming election that is
general. "Fortunately, I am on the National List. Else, I would have
been in greater trouble," he said.
