PC House and Dell brief clients on next level of technology

As part of a joint mission to enhance the standard of technology available in Sri Lanka, PC House in partnership with Dell, recently conducted a focus group event aimed at exploring the latest technology available in Sri Lanka.

Jagdeep Singh, Channel Manager, ROAP, Dell INC. speaking at the event

The event turned around the latest Dell personal computer product line available at PC House and the various top-of-the-range technologies that make the product what it is.

The Latitude 13 range, which combines the best of Microsoft software, Intel processors and Dell technology is tipped to be a ground breaking device that will not just enhance the users experience and efficiency, but also contribute to a greener environment through a reduced carbon footprint.

Aimed at cutting down on the cost of maintenance and overall IT spending in organizations, the new range of Dell products available at PC House are able to provide what others cannot with high quality at an affordable price and also with the promise of continued efficiency for a long period of time.

Speaking on the event and the launch of the new product line, S.H.M. Rishan, Chairman, PC House Pvt Ltd was positive about the impact this range of PC's would have on individuals as well as corporations.

"In a world generally looking for new ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency, we at PC House sensibly believe that it is important that we contribute to this goal in any possible way. The new range will revolutionize an individual's work process, while also reducing the organisations carbon footprint in a major way.

Overall, the technology combination that goes into this range puts it far ahead of the competition.

The result of the focus group was a heightened awareness of the benefits of Microsoft and Intel technology combined in Dells new range of computers and the added value we at PC House have always strived to provide our customers - a personalised customer service that puts our customers far ahead of the rest."

The Latitude range comes with the absolute latest in technology; covering Microsoft's recently launched Windows 7 operating system as well as Intel's recently launched Core i3 processor range.

Both products have seen rave reviews and are established as the best versions of the long standing brands yet. By all standards, the new range of Dell products, stands above par, this factor coupled with PC House's reputation for island wide customer service and quality puts the continued partnership between PC House and Dell on a stronger footing than ever before.

Speaking on the event and the partnership Jagdeep Singh, Channel Manager, ROAP, Dell inc. said "Dell is designing its corporate range of products in such a manner which gives maximum value for the IT dollars spent by corporate customers.

This is especially valuable in today's economic scenario in which IT budgets have been either cut or are down from the past years. We ensure that the products retain the core values like security and longer, managed life cycles.

We are able to do this partly due to our strong partnerships with key Industry vendors like Microsoft and Intel".
