Intrad-Expo 2010 at BMICH

The Intrad-Expo 2010, international trade exhibition organised by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL) kicked off at the BMICH on Friday.

The event held after a lapse of seven years comprised an array of industrial exhibits showcasing the vast potential the country excels industrially in the region.Delegates from India, Pakistan Malaysia, Ukraine, Israel, Japan and China were present at the event.Prime Minister D.M.Jayaratne said an event of this nature is held at an appropriate time where peace and political stability has been restored and the economy is poised to grow at a rapid pace.

The exhibition will conclude on Sunday. LF
