Like freshly-picked :
It’s not easy finding a place
that serves fresh and delicious strawberries in Sri Lanka because it
doesn’t grow in abundance here. So we were pleasantly surprised when we
discovered a genuine strawberry at the Union Bar and Grill (UBG), Jaic
Hilton. It tasted like a freshly-picked strawberry which is definitely
difficult to come by! The good strawberries are present in the UBG’s
strawberry margarita and milkshakes.
 Speaking to the Sunday Observer about the delicious aspects of the
strawberries at the UBG was PR Manager Minoli Senanayake, a fan of the
strawberry milkshake herself, who said, “Our secret is attention to
detail – and ensuring we have a happy customer who is sure to return to
us, not alone but with more new friends (who in return will bring new
friends).
Hilton Colombo Residence is also blessed with a great staff who work
in the bar and restaurant who are innovative and passionate about what
they do”. In giving their customers a five star standard, they do not
compromise on the quality and make sure customer satisfaction is
achieved.
