President launches SLFP’s Japan branch website

The co-ordinator of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party’s Japan branch , Janaka Priyantha Illesinghe, Secretary, G.K. Pathirana, Treasurer, Cecil Perera, Representative Cadhir and Sri Lanka Co-ordinator, Panchamee Hewavissenti with President Mahinda Rajapaksa after the web launch. President Mahinda Rajapaksa launches the official website of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party’s Japan branch at “Temple Trees”.

President Mahinda Rajapaksa said that the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) Japan branch website would strengthen the existing cordial relationship between Sri Lanka and Japan.

“Unlike other websites this website would be updated regularly”, the President said after launching the website: www.slfpjapan.com

The office-bearers of the SLFP Japan branch including the Secretary, G. K. Pathirana, Treasurer, Cecil Perera, Coordinator, Janaka Priyanta Illesinghe participated at the ceremonial launch of the website.

Cecil Perera said that the information on current affairs would be exchanged between the two countries through the website.
