One Shot 'crucified'
Kind-Siri came down hard on celluloid hero, One Shot, who defended
Ra-Blue's leadership. "The 4.7 million people who voted for us have been
crucified by our shaky leadership. We keep losing continuously but those
who ask us not to crucify the party leader don't seem to understand the
bitter truth," Kind-Siri insinuated at a function in Galle.
Love-Slave rejected
Sa-Jeet, the Love-Slave has decided to suspend his match for
leadership temporarily following the poor response he received from the
Elephant Party's Em Pees, Provincial Councillors, Municipal Councillors
and Pradeshiya Sabha members. Though over 95 elected Green
representatives at different levels had been invited for a secret
meeting, only three turned up.
Bell Boys thrown out
The Bell Boys who are struggling to strengthen their membership among
undergraduates, went to the North on the pretext of improving relations
between the Sinhalese and Tamil communities. Knowing only too well the
motives of the tour, the undergraduates from the Jaffna Uni chased Soome
and his an-thare gang.
Two-third majority imminent
At least nine Green Em Pees are only too willing to join the
governing types at any given moment. But the Blue heavyweights have put
it on hold to strike at the opportune time. At the very first
opportunity for voting, the governing types are all set for a convincing
two-third majority. |
