Nissanka follows football referees course

FOOTBALL SCHOLARSHIP: Krisantha Niroshana Nissanka, Secretary of the Anuradhapura District Football Association has gone to Japan to follow a course on International Football Refereeing. He has been sponsored by Japanese Football Association.

Nissanka is an old boy of Anuradhapura St. Joseph’s College and Central College and is presently the Marketing Executive Officer of M. Kems (Pvt) Ltd of the Maharajah Group of Companies.

Nissanka was a goal-keeper during his playing days for Anuradhapura Sputnic Sports Club and has been a referee for about 10 years.
