Believe firmly in your target

We stand in open-mouthed wonderment at how the direction of our lives is controlled and determined by destiny, the power which is thought about with great fear. Destiny is the series of events that will face us, seen as unable to be changed or the hidden power believed to control what will happen in the future. You might have come in contact with people who would say “Everything in my life turns out as my destiny would have it.

I’m determined to accept whatever destiny has in store for me. I’m not lucky enough. What else am I to do?” Just reflect on this (absurd) remark that is suggestive of a person’s mental unpreparedness and lack of energy and enthusiasm. Such detrimental thoughts will surely damage a person’s ability to act independently and to achieve his target in life with a fresh approach.

Inner power

Strict belief in destiny or the power of luck will make you blind to your inner power and will emotionally blackmail you into accepting or allowing what happens without any resistance. More often than not, we tend to think of destiny or power of luck as a preternatural force that can do marvels in our life or a lifeline that is thrown to rescue us in difficulties in water.

Luck and destiny may exist! It is probably best to say that luck and destiny can do miracles for us if only we identify and skilfully test the natural brain power to its limits.

On the other hand, we may nurture all hopes of success and be confused the moment we think of the palmistry predictions that might say the contrary. We should not insult the exceptional mental ability hidden in us by letting ourselves strongly controlled by such sluggish attitudes. If you honestly check the palms of top class millionaires, you are sure to see that those palms are a combination of those with so called ‘wealth line’ and those without it. Their ‘wealth line’ is not on their palms but on how they manipulate their brain power to get at the set target. This again is not to suggest a disbelief in palmistry but to say that those beliefs must not be a decisive factor to wreck your determination.

Influence of planets

A zodiac expert may openly declare that some disaster would befall people born under a particular star sign. A zodiac forecast may assertively express that people born under Leo, for example, will have to be unrelievedly careful because the influence of a planet may bode ill for his life during a particular period. Beliefs such as these, may be ensconced in our minds and may totally dispel success because, whatever we do, we believe in an auspicious start.

If you are obsessed with pessimistic thoughts, everything you do will surely go amiss because you lack the vital belief that you have the power to do everything right. The mere sense of ‘possible influence’ of planets over your life will enfeeble your self-confidence and power of thought. The more you bother about dark and even sinister possibilities on your path, lesser the chance of success in what you do.

If you firmly select your target, the subconscious may push you towards achieving it. Therefore, believe that what you are aiming to achieve is finally yours. For instance, if you believe strongly in being financially stable, the belief itself is enough to make you a successful man conditional to commitment. So we see that the invisible power that can realise our dreams is the belief in ourselves.

There may be some others who grumble that they have believed in themselves and have achieved nothing yet. They are definitely those who are unnecessarily moved by challenges and become nonplussed by minor setbacks in life. A man who firmly believes in his target treats the minor setbacks as trivial things and keeps his eye on the success that lies beyond. Remember we are light years ahead of planets’ influence!
