Why not a stamp for hero Murali?

Muttiah Muralitharan is a patriot who had made a unique achievement, he is a national treasure and I suggest to issue a stamp in honour of Muralitharan for taking 800 Test wickets, said A.H.M. Azwar, MP.

Azwar added that he himself was a cricket commentator in Tamil for the last 30 years and has a great love for the game. Muralitharan is now a national asset and a hero who has left a indelible stamp on the history of world cricket and also created a proud history for our own country.

Azwar further said that he had several opportunities to make comments during Test and One-day International when Murlai was doing services for the country against all Test playing countries. (LF)
