Watergate launches Ferroli Water Heaters

Watergate International (Pvt) Limited of importers and distributors of bathroom fittings, sanitaryware and related products, is launching the latest line of Ferroli Electric Glasslined Water Heaters from Ferroli, the European multinational giant of industrial and domestic heating, conditioning, refrigeration and thermo sanitary, to improve the quality of life of Sri Lankans.

Ferroli's latest line of glasslined water heaters combine advanced technology and can be installed in both existing homes and modern residential structures.

The high quality components and are manufactured in their Vietnam Factory on automated production lines.

An effective computerised control system guarantees the standardisation of the level of quality achieved.

The stringent checks performed from the design phase up to the final testing reflect the consolidated strategy of Ferroli ensures quality, efficiency, safety and the technical and constructional sturdiness of the glasslined water heater range.

The healthy blue silicon glassline enamelled coating inner tank gives the name to the range. The special shock proofing and corrosion proofing treatment inside the tank is ensured by the blue silicon powder glassline process, using advanced and sophisticated electrostatic application techniques and baking in a furnace at 870 C guarantees the best conditions for the perfect glass lining of the tank, ensuring quality and long life.

An adjustable thermostat maintains the setting of water temperature and a fail-safe thermal cut-off prevents overheating in abnormal conditions. The flange system ensures that no special tools are needed for maintenance, is safe and convenient for plumbers and end-users to maintain and clean out the tank.

The neoprene gasket system ensures is water sealing with elastic characteristics and extra long life, does not give off any bad rubber smell, is clean and healthy for users and environment friendly.

The ELCB (Earth Linkage Circuit Breaker) power cable manufactured in a new system configuration prevents electricity leakages and shock hazard to users.

The safety valve ensures the release of international pressure at the optimal time ensuring safety.

The unbreakable ABS plastic extra strong thermometer features a wide external display and a fitted antiglare cover making it easy to read.

The steel outer jacket has a stove-enamelled white appliance quality giving an aesthetic quality to bathroom decor. The CFC free high density polyurethane foam packing is highly resistant to heat loss and minimises the dispersion of heat and energy through the insulation.

The large, separated magnesium anode gives longer life the Anticalcare Heating Element made with PLUS technology comes from the Ferroli Global R & D Centre in San Bonifacio. This patent technology reduces calcareous phenomena and the heating efficiency lasts for the lifetime of the product, ensuring it always works at high efficiency saving energy.

The founder and the Managing Director of Watergate International (Pvt) Limited, Dhammika Wijesiriwardena is in the sanitaryware business for the last 25 years.

He has travelled extensively, mainly Europe and China, successfully liaising with potential exporters visiting their factories; analyzing quality, quantity and prices using his expertise, and selecting products to cater to the local market.
