Two-third majority confirmed

The governing types have already secured the five Em Pees they need to obtain a two-third majority for the reforms that are constitutional at the House of Diyawanna. With several Green and Tree Em Pees supporting MR's vision, the governing types are well set to achieve over 155 votes at any given time.

Love-Slave sees bitter truth

Sa-Jeet the Love-Slave has realised that his overambitious march towards the Green leadership was only a day dream. He has now approached Ra-Blue to settle matters, accepting to work under the current leadership. The Love-Slave has tendered an unconditional apology to Sun Kind-Leader for damaging the latter's vehicle by Sa-Jeet's supporters in Hambantota.

Reformists in the wilderness

Kind-Siri, Lucky Sene and Gingerly-Tha have been greatly perturbed that Sa-Jeet has held 'reconciliation talks' with Sun Kind-Leader. "How can we face the leader now? He took all of us for a ride, assuring that he could become the leader. But now we realise that he could not secure the majority in the working committee." Kind-Siri had told a confidant from the Rock-City.

Wedding Sam's futile attempt

Wedding Sam attempted to approach Ha-Cream to change the Tree Party's decision to support the governing types. But, Sam's Royal colleague has flatly refused to have a one on one meeting after the party's high command gave the green light.
