KSDF coaching programs in full swing

COACHING PROGRAMMES: Kandy Sports Development Foundation (KSDF) under 'Gamata Kreedawa' concept has started coaching programmes for various sports activities such as Rugby, Football, Volleyball, Netball etc.

With regard to Netball the 'pool' is practising almost every day under the watchful eyes of National Netball Coach T.M.P. Kumarihamy in view of the National Netball Tournament to be held at Getambe Municipal Playgrounds on the 18th and 19th September, 2010 where over 30 teams are scheduled to participate. Coach Kumarihamy has organized skills tests and endurance tests frequently with physical training to keep the team in shape.

Coach Kumarihamy is thankful to the President of the KDSDF, General Anurudha Ratwatte for the encouragement and support given for the improvement of sports.
