SLI pays death claim

Sri Lanka Insurance, the state owned insurance organisation demonstrated its commitment of keeping its promise to customers, by paying a claim under its ‘Ira Handa Pavathina Thuru’ scheme to the parents of Amila Dilshan who passed away in Kataragama during the Kataragama perahera season. Sri Lanka Insurance provided a special insurance cover for the benefit of pilgrims who visited Kataragama by extending the ‘Ira Handa Pavathina Thuru’ personal accident cover to all pilgrims at the Kataragama perahera.
