MTI introduces Intellectual Capital
MTI Consulting, recently conducted a roundtable event introducing
'Intellectual Capital', a concept developed by MTI Consulting where
businesses can benefit through zero or minimal upfront financial
commitment at the Taj Samudra.
The event facilitated by the Global CEO of MTI Consulting, Hilmy
Cader, was attended by a selected number of highly focused groups who
benefited from a higher level of interactivity. The rationale was to
introduce the concept of 'intellectual capital' where businesses can
benefit through cutting edge consultancy and advisory solutions such as
research and developing strategic turnaround plans; identifying swift
business growth and demand generation opportunities locally as well as
internationally; carrying out on-going implementation audits; and
strategic controls. The concept also opens up synergistic opportunities
with MTI Consulting, and helps businesses to go public and help attract
equity or debt in the long term.
All this for a return for equity in the company - in lieu of the
fixed cost services provided, a percentage of additional business
generated - either added to MTI's equity or as dividends, and other
services which requires a fixed fee payable depending on a case by case
basis.
The value based around this concept is to make the client's business
more competitive and profitable; to focus on their core value chain
components; to understand their dynamic business challenges through
integrity; to be a part of them; to carry out all these operations cost
effectively, and to pay for use - pay for performance.
This concept breaks the current business challenges that involves
conventional and entrenched thinking; rigid and unproductive processes;
and higher fixed costs, by transforming the client's needs to blue
oceans; by maintaining ground zero; and by completely re-looking at the
client's needs from products and services through to delivery and
servicing the nine business domains namely BPO/KPO, Corporate
Finance/Venture Capital/Private Equity, Higher Educational and
Vocational Training, Marketing Communications/Advertising/Media/PR,
Market Research, Recruitment and Head Hunting (foreign), Social
Enterprise such as funding and sustainability or clean energy,
Technology such as Web strategy, design and HR, and other web based
solutions.
This is supported by global resources through the focus on
access-to-resources and not ownership; by lower fixed costs through paid
for performance and pay for performance driven models; by running the
operations lean, extremely process disciplined, with Smart Offices.
MTI places the venture on the centre of its pyramid structured model
supported by supply chain and corporate solutions on the bottom of the
pyramid, to deliver value to the client placed right on top of the
pyramid.
MTI's competency lies in three areas - Firstly, the way of thinking -
clean slate, bottom-line driven with a limitless mind that opens up
limitless possibilities through structured thinking and continuous
learning and improvement; Secondly, the way of relating - customization
and respect through value added communication with the attitude of
'consider it done' that brings in integrity and humility; and thirdly by
the way of acting - planned quality time, process driven, lean and
effective, and bias for action/bias for closure.
