Brandix sponsors National Safety & Health Conference
Apparel exporter Brandix has come forward to support the 2010
National Safety and Health Week program of the Ministry of Labour
Relations & Manpower, which begins with a high powered technical
conference in Colombo in October.

A group that provides direct employment to more than 30,000
Associates, Brandix has been designated a main sponsor of the conference
that targets employers and employees alike. This is the third occasion
that Brandix is supporting the National Institute for Occupational
Safety and Health, which seeks to create greater awareness on these
subjects in workplaces across the island.

health in workplaces," the Group's Head of Compliance Dhammika
Abeygoonawardhane said.

The sponsorship cheque for the 2010 National Safety and Health Week
program was recently presented by Brandix to Dr. Hemantha Wickramasinghe,
Director General of the National Institute for Occupational Safety &
Health.
