Singer launches Sanoda Express Pay
Singer has built its success on the strength of its relationships
with Sri Lankan consumers and is continually exploring ways of improving
their lives by giving them an array of products and services at close
locations.
It's Sanoda Express Pay service allows customers to make a wide range
of bill payments, including credit card, mobile phone, insurance, and
utility bills, at any one of its more than 370 retail outlets. Customers
can now walk in to a Singer Plus, Singer Mega, Sisil World, or Singer
Homes retail outlet to make bill payments quickly and conveniently. Due
to the fact that Singer's retail outlets stay open late, customers can
make their bill payments without having to worry about their bank or
service provider's operating hours. More than 170,000 customers used the
Sanoda Express Pay service in August, a testament to its usefulness.
Singer's commitment to building customer relationships is mirrored in
the partnerships it has developed with the companies and institutions
involved in the Sanoda Express Pay service. Many of Sri Lanka's leading
companies have signed up with Singer to give their customers an added
dimension of professionalism and convenience.
These partners include financial services companies - HSBC, Singer
Finance, American Express, Union Assurance and Western Union; national
utilities - the Ceylon Electricity Board and the National Water Supplies
and Drainage Board; telecommunications and media companies - Mobitel,
Sri Lanka Telecom, Lanka Bell, Etisalat, Dialog TV and Airtel. The
Sanoda Express Pay counter gives customers the flexibility to pay their
credit card bills, leasing installments, utility bills, and post-paid
mobile phone payments, re-loads, as well as receive their Western Union
money transfers. |
