The pioneer in sugar craft R. L. Clement will score another victory
in sugarcraft at the "Cup Cake Fiesta" from November 26-28 at the
B.M.I.C.H. Mihilaka Madura, Colombo.
No one will expect a small cup cake to do wonders! He will enthral
cake lovers with his innovative creations.
Clement helps his pupils specialise in cakecraft as a form of
self-employment.
He represents the U.S.A. based International Cake Exploration Society
and is a qualified instructor of the Wilton School of Cake Decorating,
U.S.A. He is also an instructor at the Kingstonbridge P.M.E. School of
Cake Decorating and Confectionery Arts (U.K.)
