Today we are celebrating our 15th Anniversary and it is a humble pride as we have grown from strength to strength. Firstly this offer is given on the existing prices unlike in most other cases where people give discount after increasing prices, whereas we give our discount on existing prices so that customer is benefited by our amazing discount.

Secondly the magnitude of 15% alone is huge, because this is not given as a discount to any low value commodity like cloths or any other consumable.

This is given on valuable lands. Let's take the value of a 10 perch land at Rs. 100,000/- per perch and the total value of land would be Rs. 1,000,000/- 15% discount on this land is Rs. 150,000/-.

This itself is huge. When the cost of land is Rs.2,000,000/- discount becomes Rs.300,000/-. In most of the cases our prices are in fact below the cost.

This the first time that a Real Estate Company is giving this type of discount.
