ETI to build 35 luxury villas for Havicus

Edirisinghe Trust Investments (ETI) was chosen by Havicus out of over 10 contractors competing for the contract for building the first of many exceptional villas in Sri Lanka. Havicus said that 90 percent of European contractors can learn a lot from ETI.The first project starts in Matara Fort with Kalpitiya and Trincomalee to follow. The target group is mainly the exigent foreign market looking for a high quality contemporary house as well as the local market.
