SLTMS certified with ISO 9001:2008

Sri Lanka Telecom Manpower Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (SLTMS) achieved a landmark when it was given the certification of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 9001:2008 by DNV.

Established in 2008 and structured on the vision of becoming the leading human asset management partner in Sri Lanka, SLTMS' scope as an HR service provider includes the recruitment and supply of personnel. Obtaining ISO 9001:2008 was to ensure service consistency, and to prevent problems and correct mistakes in an orderly manner through the use of quality procedures.

CEO, SLTMS Ranjith G. Rubasinghe said "As firm believers of technology, we are operating on our own ERP solution (eMpower) which extends towards our clients as well as our employees at various locations all over the island. We encourage automation of all our processes while preserving the environment".
